Recently widowed and pregnant, Millie Steele needs a husband to help provide for her unborn child, and becoming a mail-order bride is her only option. Thankfully, her new husband, Kansas farmer Adam Beale, only wants a mother for his two young children—not romance. Everything is going according to plan…until Millie begins to fall for Adam.
Adam had reservations about wedding another city dweller—his late wife never took to life on the prairie. But now he can’t imagine his family being complete without Millie and her unborn baby. Though they agreed to a strictly platonic partnership, can real love be blooming in Adam and Millie’s marriage of convenience?

For the Love of Fairy Tales
Our daughter, Adriana, was born in 1991, the year Disney released its animated version of Beauty and the Beast. The movie has long been one of her favorites, so when Disney announced the new version, she was quite excited and put it on her must-see list.
We watched the movie this past week as a family and really enjoyed it. The best part, though, was leaving the theater and finding the cast of the Beauty and the Beast play at our teacher daughter’s high school out front advertising their upcoming production.
Adriana, the French teacher, volunteered to coach the actors in their French pronunciation and has had a fun time doing so. They were excited to see her, and she was thrilled to see them. Several of those talented young people were willing to pose with a not-so-young fan who will going to see their show this coming week.
Question for You

Note: I will be nose-to-keyboard working on revisions of my November Love Inspired Historical this week, so I won’t be responding to comments as quickly as I usually do. Thanks for your understanding.
